In the end of August 2006, I launched my
experimental community project - Ambatch.com. It was really an
experiment because I had no idea how to run a community website. I
needed to gather a lot of data to optimize the website (templates and
features) to provide a user-friendly experience for the browsers.

For my first start, I worked out a video
community website, got people to put the embedded code from video sites
onto Ambatch to let the people watch the videos.
